About Nancy
Nancy Arbogast is riding with the TEMBO 500 team, representing the TEMBO board. Nancy is a retired teacher and retired Naval Reservist. She has been to TEMBO Tanzania on multiple occasions, teaching in the PASS program (Primary and Secondary Success) in 2018 and 2019. She has been on the Board of Directors since 2019.
Why I'm Cycling for TEMBO
When women and girls have access to education, they are able to make choices about their future, to create a life for themselves, their family and their community. Education is a key element in overcoming poverty. I am cycling with the TEMBO 500 Team as a representative of TEMBO. We are so grateful to our five cyclists and their support of the girls in Longido.
